“We have been working on an Apple flavour for this time of year for the last 9 months and feel really pleased with the final product,” says Betty, the 24 year old, ice cream maker behind the Betty’s Ice Cream brand. “Combining our ever-popular Toffee flavour with juicy Apple pieces creates the perfect Autumn flavour.” By creating seasonal flavours like this Betty hopes to help people continue to enjoy Ice Cream year round, rather than solely thinking of it as a summer treat.
