Betty's Ice Cream Cake with Sprinkles

Betty's Ice-Cream is now able to offer Betty's Ice-Cream Cake with sprinkles making it an ideal choice for your special occasion. Our ice cream cake is made up of a layer of Betty's Ice-Cream chosen by you and placed between two layers of cake, sealed with icing and covered in coloured sprinkles. Something different for that special occasion!

The ingredients are as follows: 

Vanilla Sponge

WHEAT flour (Raising agents: Sodium Bicarbonate, Acid Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Acid Pryophosphate), sugar, Vegetable Spread (rapeseed, palm, sunflower oil),  salt, buttermilk (MILK), preservative (potassium sorbate), citric acid, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), flavourings, vitamins (A, D)), Buttercream (Butter (MILK), sugar, EGGS), EGGS, salt. Sprinkles; Sugar Maise Starch, Non-Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, water, Emulsifier:-Rapeseed Lecithin E322, Colours (Beetroot E162), (Paprika E160C), (Lutein E161b), (Chlorophyll E140ii), Glazing agents - (Shellac E904), (Acacia Gum E414)

Whole MILK, Sugar, Whipping Cream (MILK), Base Enhancer (Skimmed MILK, Whole MILK, Powdered Cream, Whey (MILK), Lactose, Glucose Syrup, Maltodextrines), Dextrose, Skimmed MILK Powder, Pulp and Juice Raspberries, Sugar, Glucose Syrup

Vanilla Ice Cream

Whole MILK, Sugar, Whipping Cream (MILK), Base Enhancer (Skimmed MILK, Whole MILK, Powdered Cream, Whey (MILK), Lactose, Glucose Syrup, Maltodextrines), Dextrose, Skimmed MILK Powder, Sugar, Glucose, Vegetable Extracts (Vanilla)

Delivery is available across Northern Ireland.

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is available on request.

Specific time slots during Monday to Friday are available at an additional charge.

Please note that if no-one is available to accept the delivery our driver will leave the delivery on your property in an area deemed suitable.
