The ingredients are as follows:

Cow's Milk, Sugar, Whipping Cream, Stabilisers (Latte Panna 50), Dextrose, Skimmed Milk Powder.

Dried Mixed Fruit and Peel (Raisins, Sultanas, Currants, Mixed Peel, Sunflower Oil, Sugar, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Preservatives: Sulphur Dioxide, Potassium Sorbate, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid) – (10%).

Ground Sweet Cinnamon.

Cherries (Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Citric Acid (Acidity Regulator), Colour (Erythrosine), Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide).

Brandy (alcohol).
